Which LED Lights Are More Suitable for Indoor Lighting

It is inevitable to choose lamps and lanterns for home decoration. The shape of lamps and lanterns should be in harmony with the style and function of decoration.  The style and shape of lamps and lanterns is a matter of benevolence and wisdom. This article mainly tells ordinary consumers how to choose the appropriate lamps and lanterns, especially LED lamps and lanterns, not only to meet the lighting environment needs, but also to meet the requirements of healthy lighting.

1, LED lights are not brighter.

Ordinary consumers are easy to get into a misunderstanding. When a white LED lamp and a warm color LED lamp are put together, they think that the white light is better than the warm color lamp. In fact, in our long-term residence, should choose 4000K and below color temperature LED lights, which can effectively reduce or avoid the impact of blue light on human health, for the protection of vision is also very important.

2, choose less harmonic light.

Harmonic is more professional, ordinary consumers are not easy to understand, when choosing a lamp can not judge the amount of harmonic content more or less. Our AC is a 50 Hz sine wave, but because of the use of a large number of electronic products and other non-linear loads, resulting in our power supply or line current is not a pure sine wave, which is mixed with other frequency waveforms, the higher the harmonic content, the greater the impact. There are many harms to harmonics, for users, energy consumption increases, interference to radio equipment and so on.

How can we simply judge harmonic waves? You can take a semiconductor radio, close to the LED light, if the radio noise, indicating that the higher the harmonic content of the LED light, the more serious the radio interference.

3. Reduce the effect of stroboscopic effect.

Stroboscopic effect is also a professional term, that is, under the illumination of light with a certain frequency change, the observed motion of the object presents a phenomenon of static or different from its actual state of motion. Consumers do not understand. The stroboscopic effect is also caused by 50 Hz alternating current, so can't we solve the problem of converting 50 Hz alternating current into higher frequency or direct current? Indeed, we can use mobile phones or cameras to shoot video mode discrimination, if the display screen on the LED lamp picture is shaking, indicating that strobe is more serious, harm to human vision.
