How Does The LED Panel Light Make Up

With the development of LED lamps and lanterns industry, as LED backlight derivative LED panel lamp, its light uniform, no glare, exquisite structure, has been loved by many people. Then how does the panel light be assembled? Its structure is mainly composed of the following materials:

1. aluminum frame
It belongs to the exterior structure for LED heat dissipation.  Its material is generally AL6063.

2. diffuser plate
Purpose: uniformly export light of light guide plate and play a role of shielding dot. The diffusion board usually uses acrylic 2 or PC material. Acrylic texture is crisp, and its anti-aging performance is weak. But its cost is low, and its transmittance is about 92%. The PC diffusion plate can completely block the dot and has strong anti-aging property. Its price is a little expensive, but its anti-aging performance is strong. And its transmittance is around 88%. You can choose materials for diffuser materials according to requirements, generally using acrylic materials.

3. light guide plate
Application: refraction the side LED light through the dot, thus changing the angle of the light. Light guide plate is the heart of flat lamp, so dot design is very important. If the dot design is not good, there will generally be the following situation: 1. middle light, dark on both sides; 2. all around light, but dark in the middle; 3. the overall brightness of the lamp distribution is not uniform; 4. local area darkening.
A large part of the light efficiency of the light guide plate depends on the design of the dot is appropriate, followed by the selection of the plate. But blindly pursuing big brands is wrong. Because most of the good sheet metal of many big brand factories has been ordered, and most of the defective products flow to the small market. Its transmittance is not as high as the ordinary brand of plate, so the choice of plate does not necessarily have to be a big brand first choice, as long as the test of its transmittance and light efficiency can be.

4. reflective paper
The back light of the light guide plate is reflected out - generally RW250.

5. back cover
Purpose: sealed lamp body, usually aluminum. The overall quality is good, and can play the role of heat dissipation.

6. power supply
Usage: Drive luminaire - There are two kinds of power supply: 1. Direct use of constant current mode (this mode is high efficiency, and PF value as high as 0.95, so cost-effective); 2. Constant voltage band constant current mode (stable performance, but low efficiency, high cost). Generally speaking, direct use of power supply with safety regulations can be shipped to various countries. However, the constant voltage plus constant current power supply is used to match the input voltage of 24 V low-voltage lamps, so this power supply does not need to pass the safety test. So for customers who prefer constant voltage plus constant current power, they often have certain requirements for relevant certification.
