Application Prospect of Industrial Lighting

Industrial lighting includes both outdoor industrial lighting and indoor industrial lighting. Reactors and pipes in the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, raw material yards in processing enterprises, high-rise factories in the steel industry, and assembly workshops in electronics factories are all inseparable from industrial lighting.

Industrial lighting is generally considered to be the last large area of LED penetration lighting applications, due to the limitations of LED lighting applications. For example, traditional industrial lighting usually uses sodium lamps. Today, if you want to replace sodium lamps with LED lights, there are several major problems to be solved.

1. Glare problem: the lower the factory building, the more prominent the problem of glare.

2. The problem of space sense: At present, most of the industrial LED products use straight-down light, and its back is usually with aluminum materials. So usually, the LED luminaire has high brightness, but its back is basically black. The consequence is: the lower part of the lamp and the top of the factory building to form a clear brightness contrast gap, easy to leave the impression of inadequate space, and thus make people feel stressed.

3. Spot problem: More and more LED industrial lighting products abandon the light guide plate and diffusion plate, but directly use a single LED lamp bead flat way. But this method is prone to spot. The larger the range of the tiles is, the more the light spots are, so that the shadows are easily generated by the objects. When people work in this environment for a long time, they feel uncomfortable.

4. Reflection: as we all know, metal materials reflect light. On the one hand, most of the workbenches in the factory are made of metal, on the other hand, most of the LED lights are directly illuminated, so a lot of light will be reflected in people's eyes, causing eye discomfort. The existence of such problems will reduce the comfort of workers in such environmental work.
